Safe Streets JC
Kara Hrabosky and Paul Bellan Boyer will join us to discuss their city-wide effort to improve traffic safety. They will report on their December 13 meeting with Mayor Fulop, Public Safety Director Shea, Freeholder O'Dea, key members of the JCPD and County Sheriffs, and the County traffic engineers. They will also explain how you can contribute to this grass-roots effort.
Safe Streets JC will hold a meeting in February to obtain public input about specific traffic safety concerns. Then Safe Streets JC will have its next meeting with the Mayor in March. Come to our General Meeting this Monday to learn more.

246 Bay Street Developer Presentation
Architect Jorge Mastropietro, on behalf of the owner of 246 Bay Street, will present proposed plans for a renovation and extension of 246 Bay Street. The project will require two variances. The first variance is related to the extension of the commercial space to cover 100% of the lot. The second variance is related to the addition of a roof-top sunroom.
